Guests initially enter Happy Place by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the primary suite, the bunk room suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find the guest suite. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch and outdoor balcony. There is an outdoor foot rinse area near the stairs to the front porch -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace is not available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION. Please note that road construction for new water sewer line will be ongoing in the community until end of April. Landscaping work will occur during May and June. There may be construction & vehicular noise, dust and temporary roadways but the road to Fairway Dunes villas will remain open.
